SellerMargin Tools is designed to collect as little personal information as possible while providing free ecommerce calculators and related content.

Information we collect: if you submit a waitlist or feedback form, we collect the email address you provide, the message or request you submit, and the page or tool source associated with that submission. We may also collect basic analytics events such as page views, referrer, browser information, and approximate usage patterns through analytics tools.

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not stored by default. We do not require user accounts for the current calculator experience.

How we use information: we use waitlist emails to send product updates, new calculator announcements, and related seller resources. Feedback submissions help us fix bugs, improve formulas, prioritize features, and respond when contact information is provided. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful, find bugs, and improve content quality.

Service providers: this site may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for waitlist storage and internal analytics, Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and Microsoft Clarity if enabled for product analytics. These providers may process data according to their own privacy terms.

Data sharing: we do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the site, or to operate the services through trusted providers.

Data retention: waitlist emails are kept until they are no longer needed or until you request deletion. Analytics data may be retained according to the relevant provider settings.
